Description

Its signs — seamless clothes, a son who returns to the water, a blue stone passed from hand to hand — first passed for island hospitality. They belong to a single Order, a cell with agents able to operate inland, on the continent. The brotherhood that received the newcomers of Operativo Cóndor was studying them. Naming the Order is the threshold crossing of the Malvinas gesta (campaign-cycle): from then on Dagon is an adversary with structure, hierarchy and purpose.

Its plate shows a cliff chapel and a still congregation on a black beach, with too-wide jaws, short necks and unblinking eyes; one walks into the sea.

Relationship to the Deep Ones of Antiterra

The Deep Ones of Antiterra, Spanish anarchists of 1888 who descended through an undersea tunnel to the Atlantis of Cakravartin, bore the same name. They are not the same brotherhood; the archive records the echo as deliberate. The oceanic lineage of Antiterra and the yellow realm of Carcosa lie beyond the same descent.
