Description

Friendly and easygoing, she is drawn to all things Basque, and so sets her eyes on Rómulo Ezzayeche, the Basque of the group that Operativo Cóndor dragged south. The romance moves slowly and openly, tolerated by her family. Her surname also appears as Chigoyen or Che Goyo.

Her father, “el Pupe” Echegoyen (also Pupias, Pupesito), is the powerful rancher of the Bellocq family, fond of opening his house, receiving guests and telling stories. Laura goes about with the Müller brothers, Fede and Diego, seasoned local fishermen.

Her grandmother

Her grandmother, called Úrsula, an old nudist, was kidnapped and held naked in the dungeon of the fish-men of the Order of Dagon, who worship Cthulhu: a hostage in a ransom scheme to bleed the Echegoyen family. Laura never learned of the captivity. Her arc leaves her in love and safe.

Open questions

  • She is also linked, uncertainly, with a certain María Cristina; whether this is María Cristina Verrier of the Cóndor is unconfirmed.
