Description

The oversized basilica has rose windows eight and a half meters across. A totem coin from the islands and leads among political contacts revealed an arms depot under the nave, held “for the war” by the Anael lodge, an esoteric, anticommunist right-wing lodge with American sponsorship. It stands a few blocks from the lodge of the Hijos del Trabajo (Sons of Labor). To those back from beneath the islands, the arsenal belongs to the same deep brotherhood as the Esoteric Order of Dagon, which prepares the coming of Cthulhu, and to the depths opened by Operativo Cóndor.

A legend credits the architect of the Teatro Colón; in fact the engineer Rómulo Ayerza built it between 1904 and 1908, with over a thousand workers, on land of Leonardo Pereyra Iraola.

History

Vandor sent the group there. They entered at night by the restoration scaffolding. In the crypt was an organization that looked into the future, selling glimpses of what was to come and bringing things back, including M16 rifles like those of Vietnam, unseen in Argentina in 1967. Chained to its machinery as a generator was a shoggoth, a black protoplasmic mass in which eyes form and dissolve; the crypt’s light came from it. All served Yog-Sothoth, the gate and the key announced by the invocation at the lighthouse.

The shoggoth devoured Malena’s head. The other four escaped through a teleportation box to the Dominican Republic, another double island, where Alquimedes had placed the fulcrum. The basilica still stands.
