Chronomon is the god of Time of the shared cosmos: not the Titan Cronos but a more recent figure, administrator of Time divided into eras and arcs, worshipped by the Kronamon Church and central to the Mega Campaign’s mysteries of time.

Spanish entryChronomon — el dios del Tiempo

Cronomon, Kronamon and Chronomon are phases of one entity.

Phase I — Kronamon

In his mortal age he was Kronamon, son of Paulus and narrator of the Skronamon, which compiles his father’s legacy. His mother, he says, was Time personified, the only woman who could fix Paulus in time. With the cipher key of his father’s Eisagogika he reconstructs early history: the destruction of Andgara by Tiamat / Lotan, the genealogy of GRDT / Graz’zt as ruler of Axum, and figures of the 3rd–5th centuries.

Phase II — the god of Time

His cosmic form is clockwork: bronze-gold gears, a many-handed dial for a face, seated in lotus in the void with an hourglass whose sand flows every way at once. The reversible hourglass distributed rather than measured, shifting temporal masses to keep Time balanced; hence some episodes have a symmetrical twin in another age.

Phase III — apotheosis and beheading (1120)

His death was his apotheosis, as the Marquis de Sade — Hugo revealed from the tower of the Valley of Death. The ritual beheading of 1120 — shot, decapitation, a splinter of the True Cross in the left eye — began with a crossbow bolt from Masada, fired by Graz’zt as executioner. Its echo is the “explosion of the head” felt during the FTL journey of that day. Templar archives call him “the Divine Beheaded”.

This temporal mega-murder was planned for seventy years from 1050 (the Byzantine loop), against some dissent. With the clock unheld, the cosmos fell into loops and wrinkles — the Cronoboys — along the chain Kosovo 1389 → Sarajevo 1914 → the Uchronic Guards.

Phase IV — Cronomon Heredeth, the Black Titan

In the Templar archive his final form is Cronomon Heredeth, the Black Titan of Time, Lord of the Devoured Hours: a bell-tower body, a bell for a head, a pendulum for a heart. Heredeth marks that the title was inherited from an earlier Titan; it admits a successor.

He lived while Time turned; stopping him required the lance plus a Sphere of Annihilation. In the final hour Ärsvan pierced him over the Sphere. The blow absorbed his temporal power, and the predestination sustaining the Apocalypse of 1889 was unleashed and ceased at once. His body hangs in ruin, neither fallen nor standing.
