Description
Recorded as “the Titti Frame Riavadi”, she is a local authority of her House and can order evacuations: during one, only her voice was heard, telling someone to “go and do your job”.
The Tower of Titti Frame, the Titti Frame zone and her gathering bear her name. She fared well in the class hierarchy of the new Sigil, and is also recorded in the Caldero.
She is beautiful and busty; at the gathering she wore a headdress. In combat she uses invisibility magic.
Patron
She hired the company several times, on good terms for a while, gave it its contact with the Drow, and sent Teo 19 (coins; unit not fixed) to complete a certain design.
The gathering
Entry requires clothing worth at least 100 gold coins; a companion whose only costly garment was his armor attended armed. She greeted guests from La Jabalina “because you are worthy and pure”. People of various religions attend.
She writes in stylized Drow. One message is known: “when you take so much care not to be stabbed in the back, you often get it from the front”; the company translated it poorly.
Turn to enmity
She later fought the company, invisible. She came out of the new Sigil’s reordering of classes with advantage.
Conflicting accounts
- One account places Balantru (a garbling of Lord Valanthru) on a par with her as a beneficiary of the new Sigil.
- Another records a Balthrum in enmity and an ongoing duel with her, declared over “Pipi Frame”. If Balthrum and Balantru are the same, the accounts clash.
Open questions
- Why and when she went from patron to adversary.
- Whether “Pipi Frame” is Titti Frame.
- Her exact office; what the Tower is like and where; which of tower and zone is her residence.
- What Teo’s design was; who attends the gathering and how often.
- Her face, age and usual dress are not recorded.
