The triple father

The triple father’s three names are anagrams of the same seven letters:

  • Lotario: first avatar, Antiterra c. 1888–1890 A.D.A., red-haired godling of Gotland, of the Deep Ones and the Regulators.
  • Oratiol: second avatar, among the Libertateurs some 200 years before Lotario; reincarnated after sacrificing his divinity in Lotharingia.
  • Tailoor: third avatar, after the Triumvirate; deity of Nesut-Bity.

The anagram marks one soul in different sequence. “Taylor” is the everyday spoken form; “Tailoor” is canonical.

Deity

He belongs to the initial pantheon created by the Triumvirate of the Supreme Ones, with Juve, Garkhan, Shakes and Auro. “Freedom is his path”: he patronizes voluntary bonds. He is invoked for luck, especially in travel, and for fertility and to sanctify couples. His play echoes the Goddess of the Deck of Many Things, who founded Caldero playing.

Survivor of Ancient Vala

With Antinoo, Shadydron, Jax and Garkhan he survived the collapse of Ancient Vala, the world before Medieval Vala and Ardis Vala, and emerged in the new cosmos. The initial pantheon is the heritage of these survivors: heroes of the old multiuniverse worshiped as gods.

Thalia Cristalia and Vitalis

His partner Thalia Cristalia is a crystalline paladin of the Blue House of Vala. Their son Vitalis was abandoned in the River Oukronos as a forgotten messenger of the Middle Ages, an act Tailoor allowed or carried out. Later drawn from the river, he became the Sorcerer of the Blackwater River in La Jabalina.

Appearances

  • Ancient Vala (c. 2019): surviving hero.
  • After the Triumvirate: deity of the initial pantheon, born at Nexus.
  • Bronze age microgesta: worshiped by emerging civilizations.
  • 1824 AE, present cycle: active deity in Nesut-Bity.
