The summons

Per Mascor Blancarba (Caldero Gazette), at a solemn meeting in the temple Jenya summoned Lukas, a paladin of the City of the Star; Foggimer, a rough-looking cleric; Scylla, Antonio and other allies of various origins. She told them of a prophecy linking her mace’s divination to recent events. The group, meant to face the city’s growing threats, rests largely on the trust she gave them.

Authority

Her authority is double: public, as the temple’s principal priestess, and hidden, as a diviner the orthodox Decadian establishment tolerates without fully admitting. She keeps the public liturgy faultlessly and divines on reserved days with trusted parties such as La Jabalina.

The six-pointed mace

The mace is an instrument of divination, not a weapon; its six points represent cosmological axes (directions, poles or phases of the cycle, depending on the doctrine applied). Her divination linked recent events (disappearances of children, noble conspiracies, possible rituals of the negative pole) to a greater prophecy, probably connected with the Cageewrights and with the rift the Dark Chapel sealed in the primordial age.

The Cageewrights’ number Thirteen might work with the mace as six points, plus their six shadows, plus a central mark. The doctrine has not been fully articulated, and Jenya reveals only what is needed.

Support for La Jabalina

The Temple gives the group refuge when it regroups, doctrinal and ritual information (channeled by Foggimer), and the moral validation to act publicly in Caldero.
