Description
A bull of kaiju size, armored like a primeval crocodile, with beam-long horns, a back covered in plates with thick dorsal spines, a tail as tall as trees, and a tread that sinks the cobblestones. On its forehead is a ruby, a fragment of the Gem of Creation that Seth embedded there, shining with a light the Tarrasque does not control. It is almost indestructible.
History
The Tarrasque entered Paris through a portal opened from the gem embedded in the forehead of Lotario, the red-haired godling, taken from the Mexica Temple. The Hand of Set carried by Lotario links Seth’s line to the line of Paris, without Lotario fully knowing it.
At the Tournament its role was that of bearer, not fighter. When Faragod descended from the sky and nailed Seth to the Eiffel Tower, the Tarrasque was left without its occupant. The blue blood pooling at the foot of the Tower came from both the impaled god and the kaiju. No companion tried to kill it by direct force; the course was to wait until its inner burden was emptied, the gem removed or broken, or the Tournament over.
An earlier maritime gesta (campaign-cycle) of the Deep Ones involved a liberation of Seth (Maleika in the form of a turtle). The Welcome Back Henri day centers on Henri La France.
