Sauro / Dragon is a large battle creature with fangs, a pincer and a supernatural resilience that lets it recover from wounds that would fell any ordinary being. It behaves like a powerful “tortoise” wrapped in a halo of magical power.
It fought in the battle at the Templar Sanctuary, where Lirio dealt it grave damage but it recovered before finally being defeated. Its resistance suggests an infernal or demonic nature; it may be a servant of the Gatekeeper or an independent entity of dark origin.
