Elaina Sladivier is the principal agent and priestess of Erebus and Shar in Antiterra, “she who will close the last door”, seneschal of the shadows (“the Aina”) in the triad Shar/Erebus/Nix.
History
- Around 1901 A.D.A., bearing a magic mace and a terrifying void-presence, she struck the house of Maleika and GRDT in Ethiopia. Maleika fled 50 km to the Nile; Elaina abducted their twelve children for the Yalemari, undoing the Sentinel Plan.
- She left an egg holding GRDT’s memories in “the Mountains of the Moon”. GRDT says she “wants to divest herself”.
- She planned to capture Maleika’s soul with a sapphire ring and trade it to Graz’zt. Killing Maleika does not weaken GRDT (they are in Commune); she dies only on her own plane, the Gorge of Gorgias.
- Graz’zt resurged after meeting her. She dealt with the first Coyote.
Open questions
- Active from the early Mega Campaign to 1901, she may be immortal.
