The Moon of the Never 9-11 timeline (chronicle MYM) is the stage of the covert operations of Mars and is being bored through from within by a worm.
Rave, with the help of operatives of the corporation, reached on the Moon’s surface (or beneath it) the emotions of his brother, which still resonated in Blanqui. Blanqui is a segmented worm the size of a mountain range, born of the concentrated drug that fell from distant meteorites.
Since then the worm has bored the satellite from the inside. Its advance threatens the Moon’s structural integrity: if the Moon collapsed, its fragments would rain on Earth, endangering the orbit and life on the surface.
