The Four Reasons are four identical white-suited soldiers, processed omegadrones, that the corporation Mars sends when it decides a matter is closed; they took Rey to the Moon.

Nature
They move with the cold coordination of one body split in four. The name is the corporation’s own emblem: where argument fails, Mars sends these four. They are humanoids processed on Mars’s production line, built on the mold of the soldiers of Terminus — the biological armor of the void invaders — and related by forging to the bronze matrix of Talos. Mars copied the technique Terminus uses to arm its ruby legions and made it industrial; the result are void soldiers as able to walk the Moon as a city street.
History
With the automaton Keres, they formed the vanguard Mars sent to recover the ambrosia lost on the Moon. They carried Rey, a drug-ravaged youth on whom the fate of the worm turned, up to the Moon.
