The Halflings of Plumthorn are a gang of evil halfling thugs led by Phlebotomas Plumthorn, recently settled at the entrance of the Halls of Thoth in the Ardis Vala Mega-Dungeon, the entry frontier via the Pyramid.

Activities
- Extortion: from behind a barricade of planks and rope across the jackal-statued gate, they demand tribute from anyone entering by the north gate.
- Poison: they brew a particularly virulent poison and sell it secretly in the exarchate of Narsileon. The governments of Ritornello and Narsileon pursue Phlebotomas for the recipe without success; he is a known figure in the World of Archontos.

Relationships
King Weskenim’s Goblins resent their arrival and seek allies to exterminate them. Tension with the Beastmen at the level’s center is possible.
