The Red Train is the armored train that became the mobile home of the bunker in 2087, later reduced to the white train.

History
It had luxury, Pullman, third-class and refrigerator cars, a laboratory car for Taito and a gun turret, and two locomotives to run either way without turning. Half the people boarded; half stayed to guard the bunker. A red car was consecrated to the Red Angel, sculpted by an artist on board; in it traveled the Caramelo Flogger, turned into a congregation by Shibuya’s call.
On the route, a hydrogen zeppelin sent to protect the train exploded when a fanatic in the turret shot it, and fell burning on the convoy; a horror surgeon gassed the art car. Ryan Collector armored the rear locomotive and cut the burning cars loose, leaving two of their own behind.
The surviving half, the white train, ran on impossible rails over a sky of water, driven by Larkin, to the Wheel of Fortune, where the band found a base. The gravity train succeeded it.
