History
Most factions of the tournament made the resurrection of Sigil their first investment. The Lady of Pain was in Notre-Dame as the petrified Lady. The process remained incomplete because the Fabulous One decided to send the Gem to Union. The lever in Notre-Dame (up: city in formation; down: end of the process) was pulled down when the Regulators won.
The destruction of Sigil precipitates the exodus in Atlantean ships (Lotario). The failed founding of Sigil in Paris is a major arc of the shared cosmos.
The refounded Sigil (CFA)
- The Parisian refounding of Sigil took place “thirteen years ago” relative to the campaign’s present.
- The city unfolds as the Torus, Sigil’s ring, with districts traced from Paris.
- It overcame a plague.
- The Lady of Pain was killed by Helter in the Hall of Speakers, leaving Sigil open to teleportation and to GRDT (Graz’zt), with the Band as the spine that holds it.
