Sasha is a Black park ranger and companion of the group in the New World cycle, appearing as its ranger, “Sasha bringing up the rear”. She is an outside figure, and this is her first documented appearance.
She is a different character from Chantal; both are rangers (wilderness figures), but they are separate.
