Morgan and the Seed is the lineage program behind the steel city of Gary: a clause left by the descendants of Morgan that installed in the city an organization and a program called Orung Ag Tai, which seeks a direct descendant, a “seed”.

Background
Gary’s steel industry was raised not by a city but by the descendants of Morgan, the great American steel baron, and those who structured with him the whole strip between Chicago and New York. When they let go, they left a clause ordering the installation of an organization and a program, Orung Ag Tai. The Genesis Foundation is still there.
The seed
- The program seeks not steel but a direct descent: a seed, a specific lineage reaching the present.
- On the Foundation’s computers was a file with a series of images of Black people and a discussion of a certain age, something with the smell of a sect.
- The Foundation believed it had located the line and knew the carrier was nearby, but not where.
- The carrier is Sasha, the park ranger.
Kendall
Kendall appeared naked in the forest, with a fired pistol beside him and no memory of the night, right where Sasha works. Apparently the Foundation realized he had the other side, the sight that crosses over, and was using him as a hound to find her, by unknown forms of control.
Iron
The first shadow of Graz’zt in the whole gesta was named: “Ogún… is of iron… is one of the most powerful of all”, the orisha of iron, waking in a city Morgan founded on iron. Gary was founded in 1903 on metallurgy.
