The Gathered (los Reunidos) are four ancestral beings of the cosmogony of Torregrises who arrive in a brown-and-black galleon crewed by ancient elves, bearing the plans of the new world.

Description
- A woman or androgyne looking straight ahead.
- A large figure with Hindu-style hair and a gentle expression.
- A heavy, slow figure with a long beard.
- The fourth is not described in detail.
Their attested greeting is “Salve, que los modos nos sean propicios” (“Hail, may the modes be favorable to us”).
Role
They deliver the plans of the new world. Later they appear as adepts of Minaya, guarding a floating ark that carries the last pure worshipers.
The term “the Reunited” is also used, in a separate and broader sense, in the doctrine of Arian’s avatars for the cosmological joining of person and shadow. The two senses are distinct.
Open questions
- Who received the plans is not settled. A later account named Sol-Luna as the creator deity who received them; that account was discarded, since Sol-Luna is a drow elf mage of the Ancients, not a creator deity.
