Queen Elizabeth, the Spell Queen, is a centenarian queen of England and the founder of the Arkane Society. She reigned for nearly a hundred years until the protectors of the new order overthrew her in the Battle of the Thames, when twelve strange ships sailed up the river. She went into exile in Bohemia.

Nature
Her nature is uncertain. She is called a lich, a vampire, or a bearer of elven blood, and even after her fall she “is still alive”.
History
- Reigned in England for about a hundred years; fell in the Battle of the Thames and was exiled to Bohemia.
- Allied with Eva de Huizinga among the ancient queens, in a conspiracy of queens (“arcane forces and revolution”) against the dark power and the old patriarchal regime.
- In the Caribbean arc she reappears as the captive Virgin Queen, held with Blackbeard in the Kraken’s lair (Kraken’s Cove).
