Luis is a companion who joined the main group partway through. The captain of the Wander accuses him of “helping the dragon.” He fights aggressively, charging straight at the Green Dragon.
Later, among Los Malditos (the Damned), he is revealed as a mercenary with a genocidal past: he spread leprosy among Indians and was an agent of “Potestas super terram.” He has white hair, pale skin, dark armor, a terrible sword, an iron cross on his chest, and an acid burn on his head from the Dragon Staff.
He appears first with the Wander’s main group, then among the Malditos, up to Farruco’s fall into the well. The visions of that psychotropic ritual reveal his past: a child praying before stained-glass windows of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

- Whether he is connected to the Horsemen of Uchronic Paris is unclear.
