Captain el Coruña is the pragmatic, mysterious captain of the interdimensional ship Wander. His style is authoritarian but calculated.
He conducts formal interviews with candidates for his crew, which has only 10 places. He accuses Luis of “helping the dragon” and requires a binding oath of obedience.
The Wander is an escort of the Flying Dutchman, not the same ship, and he is distinct from the Captain of the Dutchman. The name “Coruña” may be a place name (La Coruña, Spain).
