Atlantean Sparrows (Gorriones Atlantes) are Atlantean entities that provide magical protection to the group. They create spheres of invisibility with their cloaks. They assist in the mission of the dragon eggs (tin and copper) for the Great Work of the King of Atlantis, an alchemical operation they cannot carry out themselves.
Spies-liberators of 1784
The chronicle of Les Libertateurs shows them in the New York arc of 1784 as Atlantean spies and liberators (esparros, a variant of “sparrows”):
- Based at Mount Vernon, escorted by thirteen giant bald eagles.
- A hard anti-London faction (“America for the Americans”).
- They collaborate with the Libertateurs in the extraction from Kraken’s Cove, where the tin and copper eggs destined for Bronzo are recovered.
- Their human, woodsman face is the Green Mountain Boys (Eternal Bliss, Seth Warner, Remember Baker, Ethan Allen), with whom they share mission, eagles and enemy.
