Elisteo is a major character of the Egyptian cycle of the shared cosmos. The Rerum divinarum et humanarum lists him among the founding heroes (“Elisteo of Greek Thebes”).
History
- The archive shows him as an active warrior in Thebes around 2004. His clash with the Pharaoh is one of the central events of the Thebes arc: “the pharaoh was killed by the skillful and pitiless hand of Elisteo”.
- He is tied to the narrative of Amitlai, with whom he shares the arc of Greek Thebes and Egyptian Thebes. Amitlai knew him under the alias “Sarai” when he was 12, in Babylon; Amitlai’s Calendar records the meeting.
Origin
His conception was involuntary, part of a trap by Clarisa for the Cambions, sons of Graz’zt. At 21, Clarisa was hired by the Cambions to hand Minaya over to them; she went back to him and distracted him, and from that “distraction” Elisteo was born, and she felt love for someone for the first time. Clarisa fled through a portal and bore Elisteo nine months later in a community of planar beings.
