Eligos is a mage and fixer of Baton Rouge in Antiterra (1888), reached only by appointment, who buys any loot, trades in favors and knows the city’s hidden powers.

Description
Via Madame Alexia Ting’s stationery shop and a mage linked to an “order of the silver twilight”, one gets a password, “Eligos”, and the address of a neoclassical house beside the Gothic cathedral. The Deep Ones came the morning after a masked ball; the house, he said, “sometimes turns into a Villa Venus”. To Antonia he hinted at a “secret invitation”; she replied: “resolving conflicts that way cost me a son.”
Role
He buys untouchable loot (nine thousand coins plus “a favor”), keeps vaults (holding the band’s Atlantean chest), has friends in government, and lent on credit his only teleport scroll. A gifted dragon heart went into a metal box.
He knows the city’s shadows: the southern Drow, who “take what they want”; a cathedral holding black mass under Bishop Thornwell; doppelganger tax collectors, which points to Doc Hawk; and of a murdered councilman, “they kill each other.” He holds lore of the age of the worms (wyrms, “electric worms”) and northern leads: dragons over Galgon Lake, a plot against the Treaty of Fort Belknap before the first of May, “the bearded man from Ohio”, and the philanthropist Wes Harrison of the Gray Towers, the gesta’s next destination.
