Description
His portrait shows a translucent oriental robe, a hand on a desk and no face, and a red wax seal printed by a six-fingered human hand (Seal of the Six Fingers), with the note Il mittente di questo invito non può essere visto. Ma la sua mano lascia sempre lo stesso sigillo (“The sender of this invitation cannot be seen. But his hand always leaves the same seal”).
History
On 13 May 1914, in Paris, his invitation reached the group as they passed through the Palace of the Prism (also called the Castle of the Apocalypse): the twenty-second hour, a private salon, Rue de Grenelle. His hand appears on other seals too.
In the shared cosmos a sixth finger marks a major demonic lineage, whose latest incarnation is Helter, son of Elías; the first is the six-fingered demon who violated the Cathedral (Tel). The sixth finger is also confirmed in connection with Lotario.
Open questions
- Is the Duke Helter, his agent, or an heir of the sixth finger? The Chronicler of the Plata leans toward Helter’s social name in Paris.
