The subway greenhouse is a shed of crystals and abandoned subway cars that vegetation swallowed whole, with wild green growing where platforms once stood. It lies on the way to Kreider’s hardhold and is the settlement’s antechamber and first line of defense: a roofed forest in the dead Zone.

First combat
The first combat of the chronicle was fought here. A commando descended on the greenhouse with ropes and grenades, guided by the leaked coordinates of the hardhold. Shibuya, entering his warrior side, wiped out the vanguard of arcade soldiers (Arcade Soldier Gamification Project) among the broken crystals, tearing off their visors to “free” them from the machines. Among that vegetation the Head Hunter in person failed her first cut. The first blood of the 2087 quarantine was spilled there.
