The Sphinx of Graz’zt is a stone colossus in Egypt: a winged lion of two hundred and forty feet with the face of Graz’zt beneath the nemes. It is the guardian expression of GRDT in Egypt, the face the desert puts on when asked about its master.

History
It awoke when a companion sank its stone twin with an epic earthquake. It emerged killing with a single blow. It hunted and held a prisoner for several days, then released him transformed into “one more piece of the gear” (una pieza más del engranaje). It then disappeared from Cairo, leaving the city trembling. A woman’s voice whispers from its mouth to anyone it nearly devoured.
