Night Demoness is a female demonic figure of Uchronic Paris who appears during the group’s night watch. She has wings, horns, red eyes, a blue tunic, a tail and a star-shaped dagger. She sits by a small campfire 20 to 30 meters from the camp.
Revelations
- She knows Swan and suggests that he already is, or will be, her ally.
- She names the Ivory Labyrinth as a key place. Her father “left the Ivory Labyrinth,” sacrificing what he most desired.
- “Quien porta el manto de la memoria es mi hermano en el futuro” (“Whoever wears the mantle of memory is my brother in the future”).
- “La historia que nos contamos no es como nos la contaron” (“The story we tell ourselves is not the one we were told”).
- She warns of future dangers and questions whom to trust.
Appearances
Uchronic Paris: night encounter with Swan; revelations about the Ivory Labyrinth and the hidden history.
Open questions
- Speculative connection: the father who left the Ivory Labyrinth and the “brother in the future” who wears the mantle of memory link thematically to the Order of the Ivory Labyrinth (see Ärsvan) and to Paulus of Alexandria, “Lord of History.” If the brother is Paulus, she would be his sister and her father a member of the Order. This is unconfirmed.
