Bandi is a pederast and bon vivant in Uchronic Paris who stayed out of Serbian political affairs. He was killed by a bullet ordered by the Serbian Circle ( Red Circle).
He operated in the political milieu of The Black Hand, a Serbian power network. Aleksandar I Karađorđević is a figure of Serbian royal power in the uchronic historical context, and Lazar (Prince of Serbia) is a dynastic node relevant to the political plot Bandi avoided.
An urgent rescue effort was also convened under the slogan Salven a Bandi (“Save Bandi”).
