The Blue Book is an encrypted book of aphorisms, Verdaderos aforismos para una vida verdadera (“True Aphorisms for a True Life”), known in the chronicle of the 2087 quarantine as the Isagógica.

Use
Shibuya and Kreider consult it in difficult hours, but the book cannot be read head-on: its keys come disguised as recipes for coffee and Turkish sweets. The other cipher of the chronicle, the code word “Borges”, lay hidden in Shibuya’s district.
