The Atlantean Sparrows are planar thieves and privateers who claim descent from Atlantia and steal for a declared cause: freedom and revolution. They stand first on the wanted lists of every powerful faction they have robbed.

Origin
They call themselves “the Atlanteans”, descendants of Atlantia, las colombrinas de Atlantia (meaning unclear). Members can leave: some are “ex-Atlantean Sparrows” and keep the name.
Activity
- They take objects from the vaults of Union and from the planar trade run by some blue giants.
- They haul goods by ship for the Cakravartin; Spreadhammer’s ships are mentioned as carrying the cargo. They are thus “suppliers” and, “obviously”, first on the wanted lists.
- Their cloaks of Mindblown serve “to avoid being detected”. At one point they “had to give them up”.
- Third parties pointed out their base of operations as a weak spot.
- They were “very important above all for the operations connected with the liberation of America”.
The privateers’ pact
“We cannot confront anyone there where we keep things”: lairs, their own and others’, are neutral, among them that of Blackbeard. Direct intervention in Blackbeard’s lair would start open war, so in an advanced fight they supply intelligence rather than combat.
Open questions
- Atlantean Sparrows and Trantian Sparrows: one group or two.
- Their leadership, numbers and rites of entry and exit.
- What Union and the blue giants are; how a Mindblown cloak works; to whom the cloaks were given up.
- Who signed the pact and which other lairs it covers.
- Where their base lies and what “problem” was pointed out there.
- How the revolutionary banner fits with paid freight for the Cakravartin.
