Rope Trick is a refuge spell in Uchronic Paris: a rope that, when climbed, leads to a space outside ordinary dimensions. Those waiting inside are undetectable to creatures passing below, and from that invisible vantage the world can be observed without belonging to it.

Use
The company used the spell during a night watch in the Valley of Death. Suspended in the extradimensional space, they watched a host pass beneath them: a large giant with marzoide markings, escorted by lesser creatures, marching to attack the oasis of the Yellow Lady. The conjurers’ scouting creature passed without noticing them.
The company decided not to intervene. The march left the enemy base, the conjurers’ camp, unguarded, and they used the opportunity to infiltrate it.
