Role

Sixto stays in front when the group fights. He is not always present: he enters and leaves the scene, with absences the chronicle does not always explain.

The cursed necklace

In the early days Sixto was cursed by the necklace of Lord Tarmis (Trocadero), which the group had found. Marius Urianius, high priest of Set, negotiated the removal of the curse and the auction of the necklace in the Forum of Set. That arc triggered the company’s whole economic debt.

The namesake

A distinct figure, Sir Sixto, Knight of the Scar of the Sun, shares his name. The companions notice the coincidence more than once.

  • An arcane message in the octagonal chamber calls for “Sir Sixto”, saying they lost him on the level below and must find him.
  • Sir Sixto became Pope Alejandro Sixto during the 15-year Hiatus. The one who rules the Castle of the Prism under the Ravenloft domain after the return from the Hiatus is the transformed Sir Sixto.

The same soul

Sixto shares one soul with Elías Magíster, Helter and Scilla.

Open questions

  • Does the message seek the Knight or the companion?
  • Are the two Sixtos cosmic versions of the same essence?
  • Is the companion destined for a similar arc?
