Princess Urraca is a real historical figure (Urraca of Zamora or Urraca of León), daughter of King Fernando I of León. She received the Holy Grail from her father in order to protect and hide it. In the uchronia she is tied to the custody of the Grail and to the corvine lineage.

She is associated with “the family of corvids” (crows) and “the zone of the crows,” part of the corvine symbolism that runs through the saga (Corvino means crow). In a companion’s dreams a woman like Urraca replaces the visions of the Yellow Queen. The Church of San Pedro in León is her frequent refuge.

She appears in Uchronic Paris: a mysterious letter, the corvine connection and prophetic dreams.
