The chronicle follows the Pretty Women (Oratiol, Magda, Steve Reyes) through Paris in that year.
- They prevent the execution of an anarchist.
- The child king, Louis XV, is possessed.
- Near the Bastille, a blasphemous poker game with communion hosts is played. Oratiol wins, and from that hand comes a pact with the diabolical authorities of Notre-Dame.
- Lord Gaul, William Pitt and Future also move through the arc.
The chronicle is read alongside the cause of freeing France from devilish domination.
