Description

Large, half satyr, half goat: beard, hooked nose, very long tongue, and a giant sack full of things on his back. Where he steps the ground frosts over. Once an animation summoned by druids to punish people who did not give the right offering to the circle, he is now a daemon.

His weapon is the Mystic Chains, twenty-foot chain-swords that catch, strangle and drag the victim to the sack’s mouth. There his judgment works: regression to childhood — the captive relives his worst Christmas, the certainty of having been a bad child — while inside the sack the weight of creation grinds the body.

History

He brought the confiscated objects of Luca in an extradimensional sack no spell could scan. The deal stalled — deposit first (“no money, no ticket, no laundry”), while the emissaries wanted to inspect the goods — and fighting broke out. Badly wounded, Krampus covered himself with the sack and vanished through a dimensional door, leaving blood; it was a move, not a flight. With his door open under the water he waited, and caught Luca. He took three — Luca, Iriscan and a captive young woman — sinking into one of the deepest lakes in the world.
