Klyssandral is the master of Maristo, a tutelary figure of the foundational arc Paladin in Hell. The Archive preserves a single act of his: he dragged an entire temple to the fifth level of Hell.
Role
That descent is the wound the arc takes up. Maristo carries it as disciple and debtor, and emerges from the arc with Arian at his side, marked by what his master lived below. Vala Cristalis (Valis Cristal) is born of the same arc, and infernal pacts associated with Graz’zt belong to it.
Cross-gesta references to him run through Maristo, in the later line of the shared cosmos.
