The Dimensional Worm is a creature that serves as a means of interdimensional transport and escape; it is also called the “Moon Worm.”
In Uchronic Paris it is used as a mount to escape the devastation after the chronocide, in stratospheric flight, pursued by Blue Birds (Pájaros Azules). When the devastation occurs it is sent back to its home plane. Its destination is uncertain.
Its function is analogous to that of the Black Octopus, a trans-dimensional transport creature, but allied rather than a threat.
