Felipe is a clanless vampire taxi driver of Buenas Sangres, accused of the diablerie of a Camarilla judge — likely a scapegoat for someone more powerful.

Description
A taxi driver and man of the street, without a recognized clan: a bastard, an illegal childe whom the court vampires do not even spit on. He sleeps beneath the Colón with the others. “I don’t work.”
The accusation
In the first interlude he drove a court judge — a Camarilla primogen — who dominated him with his gaze to avoid paying the fare. Soon after, the judge was found dry, drained: diablerie, the greatest crime among Kindred. Felipe was accused; his taxi turned up with a boot and stains, and he was declared a fugitive. Many at court believe he is someone else’s scapegoat, but no one with power wants to find out. The Tooth Fairy found the body and dragged it to his lair to prevent final death.
No one ever asked who took over the judge’s domain (later guarded by Acraso, who answers to the sheriff Lavín); that unasked question is the whole gesta.
Rosario
During the exodus the band stopped in Rosario before dawn. The chronicle attributes to Felipe the crimes that shook the family of a Rosario musician. The others read about it in the newspaper and connected the clues — the blood, the new weapon, the missing bullet — without being able, or fully willing, to prove anything. From that night came, within the chronicle’s world, a song everyone knows.
