History
At the top of the Eiffel Tower he drank from the Cup of a Hundred Wishes and wished the Gem of Creation to vault U-5-7-1 of Union. This betrayed the group’s expectation of founding Sigil.
Helter gave up a life for the portion of the gem that let the gnome complete the tournament. The Marquis tried to stop him from giving the gem and failed.
