Iron Horn, also the Iron Raven Token, is an iron talisman that opens a one-way voice to the Dutch forces: its bearer can call them but cannot be answered.
The Archive recalls it placed in the hands of Edward when the mercenary deal was sealed, a pledge that bound the bearer to the Flying Dutchman and his people. It was handed over in the course of that negotiation.
