Caudatssa the Tongue is the heqeti Tongue (spokeswoman) leading the team restoring the Upper Temple in the Court of the Thegn of the Ardis Vala Mega-Dungeon.

Role
She answers to Reepsiq, the Great Tongue, of the Ziggurat of Kauket. She commands pilgrims, builders and weavers, and reaches the main ziggurat by the temple’s teleport well.
The Upper Temple, a lesser ziggurat of Kauket and forerunner of the greater one, was recently reoccupied after the rudishva cleansing. Its dark consecration favors the dark pole; it lies precariously beside the Varumani domain.
Circumspect, she avoids provoking the Varumani, aiming to restore the temple, hold a beachhead in the Court, serve Reepsiq’s larger plan (the pale green horn and the invocation of Kauket) and spread into the middle levels.
After the Hiatus
With the Defeat of the Varumani she can expand openly, perhaps deepening the consecration into a small domain within Ravenloft. An alliance with Pope Alejandro Sixto over the middle levels is possible, though Kauket against Mithra and Thoth creates theological tension.
