The White House (Casa Blanca) is the one of the seven houses of the Vala orb that chose not to rule. Its own dominion is Listasint, the Moon of the orb, from which the riders of the Dragon Kings operate.

The White House
Its seat is Bahía Blanca, with the White Towers in the south as its visible marker. Generations ago it withdrew its intention to govern this world. It was not defeated or expelled; it stepped aside. The archives call it a guardian by vocation, asleep by decision.
Listasint and the Dragon Kings
- Listasint is a separate world, smaller than the world below, with extreme climates (long summers, long winters), held by the White House by inheritance and bond.
- Under the House’s tutelage the Dragon Kings’ riders, draconic creatures of the luminous side of the cosmology, operate from it.
- At some point they had to face the Dreys, unfaithful or evil-colored dragons allied with dark entities of the Moon. This clash is a founding episode of the present map of power: a war that did not end but changed form.
Nibiru
Nibiru is of White House lineage. The archives mark in him an explicit messianic possibility: the sign of one who could again govern the House, in the pattern of return made possible by the hundred-year cycles of Uruk. The records compare him to Aragorn, indicating a weight of restoration the self-exiled House cannot fulfill alone.
