Anarquirón — full title (Pre) Reguladores: Anarquirón (o el aprendizaje de la ironía en la anarquía) (“Anarquirón, or learning irony in anarchy”) — is a satirical script treatment, a literary elaboration rather than a direct record, of the founding arc of the Deep Ones.

It is a variation on Puss in Boots, with Lotario as the “cat” who turns novice anarchists into knights of Atlantis. Its theme: a worldview (the world would be better in anarchy) can be right everywhere except in the world one lives in.
It spans the failed rescue of Miguelito (Spain, 1888 A.D.A.) through convalescence, Seville, the sea voyage, the Sargasso Sea, the satyr’s island, the tunnel to Atlantis and the audience with the King, where the group is named the Deep Ones.
