Description
He has a Bowiesque air, part sorcerer from another dimension, part androgynous artist. His art is knowledge of the hidden planes and of the laws of time.
Role
The Liberty League is the fraternity of champions that polices the city as the “Night Owls”. As a founder he sits in its inner leadership with Doc Monroe, one of the mystical pillars of this Earth’s regime.
He is not evil. His loyalty is to order: the integrity of the timeline and the Fundamental Charter that forbids modifying time. When the defenders are accused of being a “temporal anomaly”, he sides with the law out of conviction, not from the greed or cruelty of a Marte. He is a severe guardian, not a villain.
