Project Ofair is a trafficking operation based at a heavily guarded compound in Villa Albata, fronted as an au pair service and a research complex. It is the hub of the organizations around L’Orita Project and OPER.

Front
The name circulates garbled through the tunnels: Ofair, OPER, “las operas”, “lo pe”, “ofera”. It presents as an au pair service and a “research complex” with its own credentials and access protocol, distinct from that of other complexes such as C.I.O.T.U.C.I.D.S. Its CEO, Tucídides, holds the key; the name is said to be borrowed from a very ancient historian of a distant war. Those who fail the protocol do not enter. The site is “heavily guarded” (recontra vigilado); inside are recorded only a “small arsenal”, “quarantine tents” and clothing stores.
The chain
Women are held in the quarantine tents as “stabilized”, rehabilitated girls, “sent to the OPER project”, and finally “dressed according to the wishes of the ladies”. The business sells “innocent symbols”: uniformed schoolgirls, nurses, newlywed housewives. Its internal doctrine claims these figures are “invariably attracted to their rapists”; this is the institution’s self-justification, not a fact of the world. The service extends to the “lolita option”, less sexual than the exploitation of minors for photographs, linked to the figure the tunnels call “la loli”.
Hub
Project Ofair is the nerve center of at least the organizations around L’Orita Project and OPER, called two distinct organizations. Jequima uses “las operas” to ease dialogue with Chibuya, so the project controls both the flow of people and communication in the area.
Open questions
- Whether Project Ofair, L’Orita Project and OPER are three, two or one: “two distinct organizations”, yet OPER also names the project itself.
- Who “las Opera” are, whose leading figures take part in castings and filmed-death films: this entity, a mishearing of Aloof Media, or a third thing.
- What C.I.O.T.U.C.I.D.S. researches; what the access protocol involves.
- Where the women come from and go; who “the ladies” are.
- What the compound looks like, and whether real research occurs.
- Whether Tucídides truly commands or is someone’s pawn.
