| Spanish entry | Faro |
In Terra
- A masonry tower 54 m tall, painted in horizontal white and black bands, on sandy dunes. Its powerful rotating light starts turning at dusk and is lit once night falls.
- It belongs to a system of lighthouses and is staffed by a keeper’s family and a petty officer.
- It stands in a fenced compound of almost half a hectare: gate, keeper’s hut, shed, generator, surveillance camera, telephone and radio.
- The Castillo del Faro stands about 200 m away; it has no entry of its own.
- The lighthouse was where the stone was activated. Which stone, how and at what cost is not explained.
In Vala
- A seaside lighthouse in a spot beyond the ordinary mist, “where sky and earth meet,” with a nursery (vivero) on the other side.
- It can be lit. Layers of auras are perceptible: concealment, teleportation, protection, magic of the Cónica, and necromancy clinging to ancient bones.
- Persistent traces of divination and teleportation connect it to a giant palantir.
- Nibiru was present when Midori arrived carried by the aerial batizcafo.
Conflicting accounts
- One note places an important lighthouse inside the Castle of the Prism; another puts it on the coast, far from where the company was heading. Whether this is one lighthouse or two is not settled.
