Cleopatra is a queen and the chosen owner of the Prism Castle, where she exercises the power of manifesting desires and crystallizing images in the White Tower. The only words recorded from her are “I have a dream”.
She is a figure of sovereignty and government. She dresses in the Egyptian manner and wears the nemes on her forehead; her skin is dark, according to the chroniclers of the Descent.
