Napoleón Narmer is a guardian of the zodiacal platforms of Antiterra: he was the guardian of Scorpio.
In the review of the guardians, each sign has a duality of two holders, twenty-four in all. The pair of the Platform of Scorpio is stated as Death versus the Watcher (the angel), and Napoleón Narmer is inscribed on that platform.
