History
In a ministry of Axis he approached the companions and invited them to a bar to offer them a chance to “come out well” in the cosmos’s imminent general social reorganization. His pitch: Yog-Sothoth “is a fact,” Hell has a shield, and mortals without dreams drift toward diabolism. They refused.
In the fight that followed, Lotario petrified him forever with a mythic flesh to stone. His two escorts fell, the bar was evacuated impeccably, and his statue was left disarmed: its head went to Zagan the Golden Blooded and the rest was scattered.
He appears in the CFA planar arc of Les Libertateurs, in the Axis ministry and bar.
